Welp, 2021’s not off to a great start now is it? To help ease anxiety, stress, and keep your mind clear in this first month of the New Year, below are a some ways to get your year started on the right foot:
Drink two glasses of water when you wake up each day
Make your bed every morning, for it will help get your productivity started (and keep your room tidy)
Put your phone on “Do Not Disturb” and meditate for 10 to 15 minutes to set your intentions for the day
Get some exercise, not matter how long or strenuous
If you’re feeling tired or dragging, take a quick nap for 20-30 minutes to recharge
Hop in a hot bath with Epsom salt, as Epsom salt is an incredible healing agent and pain reliever. It’s also added to hot baths and foot soaks to help reduce stress and promote a better nights sleep
Sit on the edge of your bed, take five deep breaths, and let go of the day before you get into bed for the night
